Thucydides provides sophisticated support for integrating with JIRA and other issue-tracking tools. For example, you can use annotations in your tests to create links from your test reports to the corresponding JIRA issues. You can also get Thucydides to update JIRA with a comment containing the results of a Thucydides test run and a link to the corresponding report.

If you want even tighter integration, you can get Thucydides to update the status of JIRA cards, integrating either with the standard or custom workflows. For example, if a test fails, the corresponding JIRA card might pass to an 'Open' status. You can also use JIRA to provide the requirements tree structure for your issues, letting you store and organise your stories, features, etc directly in JIRA.
